Abstract

Money Deposit Banks, Information Manager Effectiveness refers to the extent to which managers and administrative assistants are able to achieve set goals in terms of ensuring the smooth and secure flow of information as well as ensure smooth customer service. Within the context of this study, Information Manager Effectiveness is measured using variables such as timely information circulation, customer service delivery, and information security. Timely information security refers to the extent to which information contents are shared and accessed as well as feedback given on time. Customer service delivery refers to the provision of banking services to customers, the extent to which banking transactions smoothly completed and complaints resolved on time.
