DIGITAL MARKETING DURING COVID-19 AND SURVIVAL OF SMALL- SCALE BUSINESS
Abstract
Covid-19 has disrupted the economy of the world. The effect of the pandemic has been devastating on the world’s economy. This study examines the impact and survival strategies for small scale businesses during this ongoing covid-19 crises. The increasing barriers on face-to-face interactions and other unprecedented restrictions amid covid-19 continue to pose enormous challenge on the survival of business. The objective of this paper was to examine how the dimensions of Digital marketing such as advertising and networking can enhance of small scale business. To achieve the objectives employed survey of literatures. Based on survey of literatures and qualitative content analysis, the paper found that advertising enhances small scale business, networking optimizes small scale businesses. The paper concluded that small scale businesses can survival during this covid-19 through digital marketing (Advertising and Networking).
