Abstract

Ethics has also been called moral philosophy, since it deals with moral problems and moral judgments, and concerns itself with the morality of human action. Uduigwomen (2006) has identified the major concern of ethics to be the regulation of the behaviour and conduct of man as it affects the overall wellbeing of the state or society in which he lives. On the one hand, it is possible to talk of a very close similarity between ethics and morality.
